DR. ALISSA BROTMAN-O'NEILL

CLASS OF '93

YEAR OF INDUCTION: 2013

Alissa Brotman-O’Neill was a well-rounded student-athlete who earned a dozen varsity letters as a Spartan while preparing to go to college and medical school.

She is a vascular surgeon and an assistant clinical professor of surgery and is raising two very young children with her cardiologist husband and she continues to run as part of her fitness routine.

She achieved all-star recognition in all of her high school sports, including swimming – and served multiple terms as captain of her teams – but it was running that pushed her to the forefront.

She considers winning the 1991 county cross country championship right up there with her all-time achievements, however.
