YEAR OF INDUCTION: 2006



In a three-year soccer career, Gentilella’s teams won a Central Jersey championship, and Lisa earned All-Area and All-CVC honors every year. As a senior, she was named one of the NJSIAA’s top 50 players, was team MVP and a member of the Mercer 33 team.

As a four-year letter winner and 1,000-point scorer, Gentilella helped the basketball team to two CVC titles. Lisa was the team’s MVP her junior and senior seasons and made All-CVC and All-Area both years. In softball, Gentilella was a four-time All-CVC selection and three-time All-Area pick. She helped the Spartans to two CVC championships, was a two-time captain, Most Valuable Player as a junior, and collected over 100 career hits. Lisa then attended Salisbury University, where she graduated as the school’s leader in hits (259) and runs (202), and was second on the NCAA Division III career list in runs.
